CRG’s Development Team Expands

Grant Chapman joins CRG Residential as Director of Legal & Partnerships to help cultivate the firm’s approach to equity markets and joint venture relationships for the development of multifamily and mixed-use commercial real estate projects and to oversee the company’s legal affairs. Prior to making the decision to join CRG, Grant was Vice President of Investments and General Counsel for Old Town Companies, a commercial developer and homebuilding company in Central Indiana, and previously served as Counsel for Scannell Properties, an international industrial real estate developer.

Grant is an active member of the Penrod Society, a nonprofit organization dedicated to the support of cultural and educational activities of Central Indiana’s artists, students, and arts organizations. He earned a J.D. from the Robert H. McKinney School of Law in Indianapolis and a B.S. in Business from the Kelley School of Business in Bloomington. In his free time, Grant and his wife keep themselves busy wrangling three small children.
