Construction never stops, especially in warm climates! CRG Residential has been hard at work in Fort Lauderdale and Hollywood, FL over the past few months. Over the course of five weeks, CRG replaced all 480 windows at Halcyon with Large & Small Missile Impact Resistant windows. These strong windows will protect the property for years to come against hurricane-force winds.
The interior of the property is also being renovated. All 168 units have new kitchen appliances, granite countertops in the bathrooms and kitchens, and vinyl flooring throughout the apartment.
At the same time, a CRG crew in Lauderdale Lakes removed all soffits on a ten-building property and replaced them with new custom metal roof coping. After the repairs were complete, the top three feet of each building were completed with a fresh coat of red paint for a new, modern look.
