CRG Residential has added two new Project Managers to our Exteriors team! Our Exteriors division, headed by Adam Filler, provides all in-house services for apartment communities looking to upgrade roofing, siding, decks, windows, gutters, and doors. With our growing client base, our new project managers will oversee existing and upcoming exterior repairs across the Midwest.
Meet the guys:
Jason Lange (left) brings over 10 years of experience in Exterior Construction Project Management to the team. He has worked in all facets of the construction process as a PM/Estimator for general contractors, Project Manager in property management, Senior Consultant for a building envelope and architecture firm and as a Company Leader for an exterior construction subcontractor in the Pacific Northwest. His well-rounded background includes a variety of different types of projects, including multifamily new construction and renovation, custom home building, and water loss restoration work. An avid outdoors enthusiast, Jason enjoys fishing, camping, and hiking with his family.
Pat Riley (right) is a skilled project manager with over a decade of experience in residential construction, real estate, and manufacturing. Working alongside global Fortune 500 companies and investment groups Pat has a passion for collaborating with colleagues and clients to achieve project objectives and continuously challenging himself to set and realize goals both professionally and personally. A graduate from Indiana University and a PMP certified project manager, his professional background includes entrepreneurship as well as operations and sales leadership. Pat is a world traveler, who enjoys discovering new places, catching a soccer match at his favorite club, Arsenal, and spending time at home with his girlfriend and pet Keeshond, Titi.
