Breaking Ground in Fishers, IN

CRG Residential has broken ground and construction is currently underway for the newest apartment community in downtown Fishers. Nickel Plate Station will contain 237 apartment homes, 10,500 square feet of retail space and a 337-space parking garage with public and private spaces. In addition to the two new apartment buildings, CRG will rehabilitate the historic buildings already in place along 116th Street and incorporate the original architecture into this new neighborhood. By blending the old structures with the new, CRG along with their partners on the project Browning Investments of Indianapolis hope to present a modernized upgrade while honoring the city’s foundations.

Nickel Plate Station will provide community space to downtown Fishers, with public courtyards connecting directly to the Nickel Plate Trail, which will eventually lead to downtown Indianapolis. The 10,500 square feet of retail space will open opportunities for restaurants, boutiques, and other businesses on the first floor of the mixed-use buildings.

Stay tuned for more announcements to come soon.
