While the spring semester of 2020 was not what college students expected, the construction industry carried on. As essential workers CRG crews in College Station, TX began renovating the interiors of the Arbors at Wolf Pen Creek apartments in January and finished the project at the beginning of April. CRG’s RAPID renovations professionals completed three units each day through the duration of the project.
Returning Aggies will be able to enjoy quartz countertops with subway tile backsplash in their kitchens and bathrooms. In addition to the counters, all 172 apartments also received new kitchen and vanity sinks, faucets, LED lighting packages, interior doors, mirrors, and cabinets.
