CRG has recently wrapped up a renovation of units at Woods of Fairfax in Lorton, VA. CRG utilized its three-a-day RAPID Occupied Renovations program to complete all 608 units in just under 7 months. Utilizing two crews on opposite ends of the property, CRG was able to further accelerate the completion time to the satisfaction of the client, onsite personnel, and the residents at this beautiful asset in Suburban VA.

Upgrades include new vinyl flooring, cabinets, LED lighting packages, stainless steel appliances, bathroom fixtures/vanities, and quartz countertops.
